- Duplicate payment was made by the customer.
- Cancellation approved by the company before service commencement.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Customer is unavailable at the scheduled service time.
- Incorrect booking information provided by the customer.
- Delay caused due to customer-side issues.

5. Cancellation Policy

- Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
